This section includes a few projects executed as an optical scientist and project team lead at the Carl Zeiss AG in Oberkochen, Germany.

 

HHMI Janelia Research Campus (2019-2021)

Research areas: Advanced light microscopy, super-resolution microscopy (e.g., single-molecule localization microscopy), single-molecule imaging, light-sheet microscopy, correlative cryo microscopy, structured illumination microscopy, computational modeling, and image/data analysis
